Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received broken or damaged item(s) you must submit a photo of the broken items within 48 hours of reception to file for a refund. Please, submit the photo of broken or damaged item(s) to berrypatchboutique.kb@gmail.com.


Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to refund or exchange the item if the item is in stock. Please email berrypatchboutique.kb@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product to begin the process with a picture of the broken item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photo of the broken or damaged item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You may also elect to have a store credit issued 

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, CLEARANCE, and beauty items. Please read the description of each clothing item you purchase. If it is marked “All Sales Final” your refund will automatically be denied. We DO NOT return jewelry unless in the rare case it arrives broken.

Final Sale Items

If the item is marked “final sale”, “All sales final”, or “clearance” it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to berrypatchboutique.kb@gmail.com we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Insurance

If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
